Cresco Iowa is celebrating Norman Borlaug Harvest Fest. Friday,Saturday, Sunday Sept.24,25,26 2010. A car show is on Saturday 25th, registration times are 8:00-11:30 with $15 registration fee .This show is open to street rods, antiques, classics, street machines, sports cars, trucks, motorcycles, unfinished. The car show runs till 2:30 , dash plaques for the first 100 entries. Gold,silver,bronze awards will be engraved and mailed to you at a later date. Directly following show is the parade and all registered vehicles are welcome to join .
Car cruise; Sunday 26th. $10 registration for scenic cruise per person [includes breakfast and lunch]. during the cruise along the rolling hills of the mississippi river you will be playing trivia. Will take me 2 hrs too get there from home.Debating on if I should take the truck or car. I guess the weather will be the factor on that one. So pull out your rides, polish and spit shine. Bring a chair.
