7 Liter 2014 Camaro LS7

Camaro workers have done it again, pushing the limits of speed in the new 2014 Camaros competing it's horsepower against the Corvette Z06. The engine has been in production since 2006 and is built by hand at the General Motors Performance Build Center.

Using a steel forged crankshaft, titanium rods, cast aluminum pistons, and hydroformed exhaust headers; will make the new V8 engine better used for injection technology.

Can't think of a christmas present ?

If you have a tech lover to buy a gift for, the ZL1 is a perfect match. As the most technologically advanced Camaro ever built, it features advanced technologies like launch control and an adjustable magnetic suspension. If that tech lover also has a long, flowing mane just waiting to be tousled, the ZL1 convertible might be their soul mate. The soft-top convertible features nearly all the equipment that comes on the coupe, making it the most powerful Camaro convertible that Chevrolet has ever built from factory.

WTF ? NASCAR drivers underpaid ????

It is a sad fact that there are horrible NFL players in this world and will probably make more money than Brad Keselowsi this year.

Compared to Micheal Vick's 13.9 million, Keselowski earned 12.1 million for winning the Sprint Cup championship, and has to split it with his team. Vick hasn't even came close to a championship.

While NASCAR has top drivers that are paid well, it is bleak compared to other sports top stars. That is bad since they not only risk injury, but their own lives as they strap on helmets and travel over 200 mph. Beat that NFL !

Clearly NASCAR stars are underpaid; what do you think they should do about this pandemic that is sweeping the car racing world ?

Hurricane Sandy increases demand for new cars

Super-storm Sandy gave an xtra boost to strong auto sales last month. Companies including Toyota and Chrysler posted impressive increase from last year. Even though Americans were already willing to buy a new car for confidence in the economy.

The storm added 20,000 - 30,000 sales industry wide in November, mostly from people who already wanted to buy cars in October. People who need to replace storm damaged cars are expected to run the companies itself for several more months alone. About 50 - 100 thousand will need to be replaced.

Chevrolet Unveils Nascar Version of New SS Sedan

The racing version of Chevrolet's rear wheel drive SS sedan was unveiled on Thursday. It will make it's debut in the 2013 Daytona 500 stock car race next February. There has been a rumor going around that the SS would be shown at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit mid-January, but it turns out that is just for the corvette.

Like the Nascar model, the production SS will also be rear wheel driven, is powered by a highly modified V-8, and capable of producing 700 horsepower! HOLY COW !

What do you think of this new stock car ?

Goodyear gold car sets the standard

Carl Edwards car

The NASCAR season finale at Homestead-Miami Speedway is just five days away, and there is work to do. The champion's car isn't anywhere close to being ready.

From a distance, it looks like a simple model, the shiny shell of a stock car. But anyone who has ever seen one up close, and certainly the 13 drivers who own one (on Thursday, Keselowski will become the 14th), knows the piece is much more than that.

An exact model replica in it's own size ! Would you want one for yourself ?
